Broadway Phase II & III & IV

Due to the Economy - there has been some changes in the proposed construction schedule for Broadway

Broadway Streetscape from 3rd to 5th streets (phase II)
(anticipated construction 2010)
The Town is hopeful to be under construction with this next extension of the Broadway sidewalks from 5th streets to 3rd streets in 2010.   This project has already been designed and we anticipate grant  funding will remain through 2010 for this project. Please note that due to the limited budget this Phase (5th to 3rd) will include  drainage, curbs, sidewalks, re-surfacing and landcaping. Total project expected to cost $200K.

Broadway Streetscape from 8th to 16th Streets (phase III)
(anticipated Construction 2011-2012)
Broadway Phase III (8th St to 16th Street)  is targeted for  2011 - 2013 as more funding becomes available.   The Town is in the process of hiring design consultants for this project which is funded and administered from the NYSDOT & the Town of Cortlandt

Broadway Streetscape from 3rd to the River (phase IV)
(anticipated construction post 2012)
We are hopeful to obtain additional grant funds in 2010/2011 for this final phase of the project which has not yet been designed.
