April 2011 - Riverbank Power SURRENDERS their Preliminary Permit from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). No further action planned for the Verplanck Site. 

November 2010 -  Riverbank filed with FERC their 6 month update. Nothing really new. They are continuing to study the site for feasibility.

We also acknowledge the assistance of Scenic Hudson in this effort to NOT have deep drilling so close to Indian Point.
